The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. beonbet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with such accounts.

In accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and gaming compliance requirements, beonbet may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. beonbet reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.

All transactions on the beonbet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). beonbet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the user through their payment provider are the sole responsibility of the user.
beonbet offers voluntary deposit limit tools as part of its responsible gaming commitment. Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, deposit limits may be decreased immediately but increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.
To be eligible to withdraw funds from your beonbet account, you must have completed the KYC verification process as described in Section 3.3. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit, where applicable.
beonbet aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the withdrawal method selected and the volume of pending requests. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request. beonbet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
Funds credited to your account as part of a bonus or promotional offer may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. beonbet reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, provided the account holds a positive balance. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, beonbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
beonbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your beonbet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
beonbet shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, power outages, or cyberattacks.

You may close your beonbet account at any time by contacting the beonbet support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, 10, and 14 — shall continue in full force and effect following termination.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines.
